Terms of service should make the membership relationship understandable.
These terms are a product-facing summary and should later be reviewed with your legal wording before final public launch.
Membership access
Access is granted according to the active membership tier and payment status. Public, Starter, Standard and Pro content should be displayed consistently across pricing, locked cards and the analysis detail pages.
Payments and renewals
Paid membership is managed through the configured payment provider. If a renewal fails, access can be reduced until billing is resolved. Users should always be able to see which plan is active and which content it unlocks.
Editorial nature of the service
Editorial content is informational and may change when match conditions, lineups or verified source context changes. Nothing on the platform should be presented as guaranteed financial outcome.
Account use
Premium access can be suspended if billing fails or an account is used outside the intended membership terms, including sharing restricted content in a way that undermines the service.
Service changes
Features, competition coverage, content bundles and support workflow may evolve over time. The professional standard is that plan labels and actual access should remain aligned whenever changes are introduced.
